Your role: Senior Software Development Manager Online Advertising Tech Amsterdam
That is why we are now looking for a Senior Software Development Manager Online Advertising Tech Amsterdam to grow 25 to around 40 engineers (through your managers), form the technical vision for the future, set the direction for your teams, help grow them and together build cutting edge online advertising technology!
As Senior Software Development Manager Online Advertising Tech Amsterdam you will get to extend the online advertising capabilities of the entire global organization. In which you will be building bridges with your CTO level internal customer base while working closely with your Head of Product to form the vision for the future and roadmap key mission-critical heavily used market-leading online advertising technology for hundreds of millions of users.
As you will be almost doubling your teams you will get to cherry-pick some of the highest skilled niche software engineering profiles and helping them to grow and become great leaders themselves! Within your role, you will also get a lot of freedom and responsibility to work on what you think is best. There is no micromanagement! The only thing which matters is the bottom line.

What is required?
- Experience developing multitenant online advertising/marketing technology solutions
- Development management experience leading cross-functional agile software engineering teams of 25+ engineers
- Experience managing teams that work on systems of scale with impressive requirements
- Experience with hiring and growing software engineers
- Experience within public cloud environments like AWS, GCP or Azure
- Strong communicator, people facilitator and bridge builder
