Your Job: Senior Kotlin Developer Amsterdam

As a Senior Kotlin Developer Amsterdam, you will join one of the multidisciplinary scrum teams, taking on one of the many projects. All of these projects stem from a unique customer journey, with all conceivable touchpoints exuding user-friendliness. Truly innovative!
Ready for responsibility? Excellent! As a team, you will be end-to-end responsible for the product. Alongside your team of bright minds, you will work to evolve the platform into a future-proof and scalable architecture, while simultaneously delivering new features that will be key to your growth. You’ll work on systems that are available 24/7, capable of handling high loads with top-level security and encryption. Additionally, integrations are complex, and you will assist in migrating from a monolith to a microservices architecture.

What is Required?
- Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience
- Professional experience with Java or Kotlin (and willingness to work with Kotlin)
- Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus, or Micronaut is a plus
- Experience with architecture and design is a bonus
- A completed technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a major plus
- Experience with encryption, payments, non-blocking, and/or concurrency are advantageous
- Experience in building highly secure and/or highly available systems is a plus
