Your role: Lead Scala Developer Maarssen
In your role as Lead Scala Developer Maarssen you will work in one of the most innovative teams within the organization. Mostly new construction takes place here and one of the most disruptive products of the organization is being built here. Because new products are developed here, you have a lot of new construction and the amount of legacy code is kept to a minimum. The team is responsible end to end for its own product. You build it, you run it.
As a Lead Scala Developer you have a pioneering role is the team. You maintain an overview of the entire product, you can set priorities well and you are the guardian of the Agile process. You help less techies to develop by doing pair programs and code reviews. And make sure that the designs principles are applied. People attach great importance to craftsmanship here! Of course you are still building most of your time!
What is being asked?
- BSc or MSc Computer Science or Computer Science or equivalent level
- Minimum 5 years of professional Software Development experience
- Experience with Scala from your own project, professional or Coursera course
- Experience with Akka HTTP / stream and / or Cats is an advantage
- Experience with Kafka and / or Kubernetes is an advantage
- Experience with Docker and / or CQRS is an advantage
- Experience with NoSQL technology is an advantage
- Experience with AWS is an advantage
- Experience with Logstash and / or Gatling is an advantage
- Experience with Continuous delivery and deployment is an advantage
- Experience with Automated Testing is an advantage
What is offered?
