This scale-up is building a digital (Blockchain) product which is impacting the lives of millions. With all the latest technologies, blockchain, JavaScript/ES7 and Golang, these techies are building a product which takes care of transactions for millions of users and worth of billions of euros! Your new job: Blockchain Engineer Amsterdam
As the new Blockchain Engineer you will add value by building the backend for this impactful product, Golang, NodeJS and PHP. Much of the roadmap consists of Greenfield development! The product already has a million frequent users and in the next few years the number of consumer users will grow into the multi-millions. Its consumers will use this product multiple times a day for some of the most important activities in their daily lives.
Due to the steep increase in frequent users, an extensive roadmap is set for software/blockchain development. It regards setting up architecture, adding new features and working closely together with other engineers – also in the frontend due to the fact all encrypting and decrypting happens in the browser. Security standards are the highest you will find due to the fact the product handles billions of euros! In your new role you can really make impact on this high exposure product.

What do we need from you?
- Experience with backend technologies such as NodeJS, Golang, PHP, Python or similar
- You love Blockchain!
- You have gained at least some (hobby) experience with Blockchain/Bitcoin technology
- Experience with CI/CD is a plus
- Experience with Unit testing, E2E testing and/or automated testing is a plus
- Experience with Scrum is a plus
