Your job: Senior Backend Developer Amsterdam
As Senior Backend Developer Amsterdam you will join the steady growing group of great software engineers that have already jumped on this moving train. Together in full stack teams you will get to work on various greenfield services, that need to be highly scalable, resilient, secure and greatly tested. These are services that are implemented in the main product, used all over there world! Here you can learn, grow and have fun at the same time!
Here the challenges you face generally can’t be googled as they have not (openly) been solved before! Good thing is you are helped by awesome principal engineers; the guys/girl that are key speakers on software conferences all over the world!
As you and your team are end to end responsible, from feature design until deployment and maintenance, the better you do, the less to maintain 😉 True ownership!
What is required?
- A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid experience building high quality, performant, scalable, resilient and secure systems
- Professional experience with Java8, Golang, Python and/or NodeJS
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience working in microservices architecture
- A polyglot mindset: able and willing to learn any technology necessary for the best result
- A strong engineering mindset: TDD, Agile, Pipeline- and Test Automation is a no brainer for you
What is offered?
