Your role: Scala Developer Amsterdam

As a Scala Developer Amsterdam you help build and improve the platform in two ways. You build new features as customer needs grow, and you help modernise the existing codebase, including the move from the current stack toward ZIO. You work with Scala, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP and MongoDB in a real-time, event-driven architecture, and you ship code that runs in production and matters.

Because the AI and machine-learning team sometimes needs engineering support, you also get to work close to the AI side of the product. If you enjoy Python or are curious about AI, there is plenty of room to grow into it. This is a role where you build real things, learn fast from senior colleagues and steadily grow into a strong engineer.
