- Do you say yes to working on one impactful project at a time, from home or from a vibrant office, with a good salary, strong tech community and true career growth?
Then this might just be the most enjoyable and well organized way to grow your backend career
Your employer: A mid-sized tech company focused on long term client impact
This well-structured tech company based in Utrecht builds long term partnerships with meaningful clients in the fields of IoT, healthcare, education and mobility. Rather than chasing hourly billing or trying to juggle ten short term clients at once, they have deliberately built a model based on depth, quality and predictability. That starts with world class documentation. Because everything is written down, you and your team always know exactly where you stand, what to deliver, and how to plan your work. It results in better service for the client, and more peace of mind for engineers.
You will work on one project at a time, always in a cross functional product team with international colleagues from backend, mobile, frontend and DevOps. Because these client relationships are long term, you can truly think ahead, steer technical direction and grow with your client. This is not project hopping or ad hoc firefighting. You build something that lasts, and you have the space to do it well.
The atmosphere is international, relaxed and professional. Developers tend to stay for years, and often become close with their teammates. The office is warm, fun and filled with great energy. But you can also work from home half of the time if that works better for you.
