Your role: Backend Software Engineer Rotterdam

As a Backend Software Engineer Rotterdam, you’ll work at the very heart of the streaming platform. You will develop APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven services with Java21, Quarkus, Kafka, Docker, and PostgreSQL. You’ll be involved in the entire process: from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

The challenges? Scalability, fault tolerance, and latency. How do you design pipelines that can handle millions of events per second? How do you ensure consistency across distributed systems? How do you make the platform so robust that downtime is simply not an option? These are the puzzles you’ll be solving every day.
