Your job: Senior Java Software Engineer Amsterdam
As a Senior Java Software Engineer Amsterdam you get to work on an enterprise grade, heavily used, generic real-time product, creating a “real time-like experience”, used by millions of end-users from all over the world (businesses and consumers alike!) You will get to help mature the product, focusing on things like performance, stability and implementing the ambitious roadmap. In the current stage, there are still lots of challenges you and your team can pick up and make a long lasting impact!
As a Senior Java Software Engineer Amsterdam you will get to work in one of the newest teams in this tech scale up. This is a team that is still completely in beta and is in fact the basis where other engineers can build further on. Meaning here you can help to build it from scratch and build technology that will be used all over the world by other engineers and to help build the office in Amsterdam with a rapidly growing tech scale up. As they are really building technology you will get to work with a modern Java/Kotlin based microservices a-based architecture.

What is required?
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java Software Engineering
- Experience working on enterprise grade client facing systems with lots of concurrent users
- Experience to work in a product development environment
- Technology agnostic and polyglot mindset
- Experience in Java11/Spring Boot
- Experience with Microservices or Docker is a plus
- Experience with cloud/AWS is a plus
- Good understanding of design and build highly available API’s is a plus
- Experience in developing SDK’s is a plus
- You love to share knowledge and invest in yourself
- Clean coding mentality
- Able to write and run your own code
