Your job: Senior Golang Developer Amsterdam
In your role as Senior Golang Developer Amsterdam you will work on their brand new Greenfield projects for hundreds of millions of end-users. One of their projects contains artificial intelligence (AI), so also a unique chance to learn more in this area. You will join a highly motivated multidisciplinary development team, and have input on the architecture, design, and tech choice. And that while keeping the scalability and availability high.
There is a clear growth path in this role. First you will work on the core system, the engine that serves the hundreds of millions of end users. After that you can learn more about the connection between the core system and the customer and then focus on the client facing (some of the biggest global companies) part. You will work very closely with the leads and architects and they will teach you their skills. So if you master all of this, there’s a place waiting for you as an architect or lead!
What is required?
- 4+ years of professional experience with backend software development
- Professional experience with Golang
- Experience in working in highly distributed and scalable environments
- Experience with Elasticsearch is a big plus
- A completed technical Bachelor or Masters education or similar demonstrable level
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with public cloud environments like AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL like Cassandra is a plus
- You thrive within an organization with lots of freedom and autonomy
