Your job: Senior Golang Developer Amsterdam
As Senior Golang Developer Amsterdam you will get to jump on this fast-moving train to join one of the newly to be formed teams and help bring their roadmap further to life. Here you can work on a high abstraction level, as you are building technology used by thousands of software engineers! You will get to work on one of their core products, helping to make the API’s faster, more scalable, and flexible.
Next to this, you will help build cool features and help scale for the next 0 digits in end users. Al while working with very experienced colleagues and modern tech a fully native AWS setup, Redis, GRPC, RockDB and Raft. Although you are part of evolving this throughout the time for maximum performance!
Working here means working on heavily distributed systems where high availability, high scalability, high availability, heavy resilience infrastructure are all paramount while being able to deploy in over 6 regions! What is required?
- A minimum of 5 years of backend software engineering experience
- Solid experience designing and implementing heavy load backend systems with high traffic/performance
- Professional experience with Golang and a solid comprehension of things like concurrency management
- Experience building API’s
- Experience designing and building microservices
- Solid experience with and knowledge of SQL/Relational Databases
- Experience with tech like Kafka or Kinesis are nice to haves
- Technical BSc or MSc is a nice to have
- Experience with NoSQL is a nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a nice to have
