In your new role as Senior Frontend Developer, you will be involved from the start in rethinking the complete UI/UX and build a brand new high impact Single Page Application serving millions of people internationally! Putting down a customer journey that’s so intuitive and pleasant, that customers never want anything else: That is the goal.
Looking at size, exposure and budgets, it’s one of the most impact full Frontend adventures ever undertaken, The software will be built very close to the business and is built with thorough Unit Testing, end2end testing, TDD and CI/CD. This is true software engineering by the book. Your new role as Frontend developer combines complex computer science challenges with user-centric frontend development.
Your new team consists of JavaScript engineers with 10+ years’ experience and some of the leading UX and UI specialists in the Dutch market. Keep in mind all ideas are welcome and all the way from architecture to development you will be involved. What do we need from you?
- A minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with OO JavaScript and Single Page Application frameworks
- Experience with Single Page Application frontend frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Polymer or similar
- Experience with Gulp, Cypress, Protractor and Jasmine is a big plus
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Pair Programming, Code Reviews) is a big plus
- Experience with high testing standards (Unit Testing, Automated Testing, TDD, BDD) is a plus
- Experience with DevOps (Docker), Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and process automation is a plus
