Your job: As Senior Front end developer Amsterdam develop a product that is of great use to data rich environments
As Senior Front end developer Amsterdam you are needed to bring the product to the next level: building new features, mentoring more junior developers and advise about everything related JavaScript. You will be the go-to person for everything frontend and will work with react.
The product is migrating to the cloud and is built on a microservices architecture. So you will be working in a high engineering environment where you can still make an impact on the creation of this environment.
The level of abstraction is relatively high. This means challenging and interesting intellectual puzzles to dive into. For example, creating a user friendly interface on top of a complex data stream. Here you can develop further on a technical level with a product that is also still in development. So be ready to gain technical development experience at a deep level!
What do we need from you?
- Minimum of 5 years professional software engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years building Single Page Applications with frameworks like React, Vue or Angular
- Bachelor or Master Computer Science level
- Willing to work with react
- Experience with Node.js is a plus
- Experience with Webpack and Git is a plus
- Experience with TDD and CI/CD is a plus
- Experience with mentoring/coaching is a plus
