Your role: Senior DevOps Engineer AWS Amsterdam
As a Senior DevOps Engineer AWS Amsterdam, you will work in the newly established DevOps Tooling team. Together with your brand new colleagues, you will help make the life of a hundred software engineers easier. You build DevOps Tooling with modern techs such as Terraform and Kubernetes, you work together with software engineers to make their work easier, you help to build the team for best practices as a knowledge center around DevOps tooling and standards. to make!
You can also sink your teeth into designing and building a brand new self-service platform and brand new AWS platform. Where you have a lot of freedom and autonomy to build the team as you see fit!
If you want to have a huge impact on the Cloud/Software Architecture and devise the Devops/SRE strategy, you’ve come to the right place!
What is required?
- 5+ years of professional experience within Software development in combination with DevOps within a highly scalable and mature tech environment.
- DevOps mindset with a strong background in Software Engineering with development languages such as Python.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assume the role of a consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, being able to think along with the Design and Architecture of a Cloud platform.
- Experience with highly scalable Codebuild pipelines (CI/CD pipelines) within a mature AWS Cloud environment.
- Knowledge and experience with infra as code preference Terraform.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- Pre experience with Kubernetes.
