Your role: Senior Backend Engineer Rust Amsterdam

In your role as Senior Backend Engineer Rust Amsterdam, you get the opportunity to work on very challenging algorithmic and mathematical greenfield challenges, where you can test and deploy directly on the hardware. As mentioned, the hardware is the lifeblood of the organization, so performance and 24/7 availability are crucial!

In this organization, you are free to develop yourself in the direction you desire. For example, if you think it’s cool to start your own greenfield project with Rust, you are free to do so. You will be able to spar with communicative and helpful colleagues and interact on daily basis with the knowledgeable CTO.

What is required?

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Professional experience with Rust (of eager to learn)
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with Embedded Linux
  • Open to learn, experiment, and develop
  • A technical bachelor’s or master’s is a plus
  • Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
  • Experience with GraphQL is a plus
  • Experience with CI/CD is a plus

What is being offered?
