Your job: Lead Full Stack Java Developer Amsterdam
As Lead Full Stack Java Developer Amsterdam you are the mentor, technical leader and inspirator and hands on team member of one of the very passionate full stack development teams. You will be the one taking the lead when speaking with internal clients and will lead your team to deliver an MVP. The goal is to then share it with the prospective users as soon as possible to (in)validate the proposition. This means you will get to learn very quickly and be on top of your creative technology game!
As soon as you and your team have proven the initiatives are scalable they will either be implemented as a new company label or will launch as a brand new technology company! These ideas all have the chance to become technology scale-ups that will service hundreds of thousands of consumers. You then will always have the choice to move on the next innovative idea for as long as you want OR join the brand new tech scale-up and help it take over the world!
In your role as Lead Full Stack Java Developer Amsterdam you will also receive guidance and coaching on to continuously improve your leadership skills so you can continuously increase your circle of influence.
What is required?
- 6+ years of professional development experience
- Professional experience with Java8+, Spring Boot
- Experience with Docker
- Professional experience with one or more frontend frameworks and a full stack attitude
- A polyglot mindset: open to using whichever technology works best
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with CI/CD automation
- Completed Technical Bachelor or Masters is preferred
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Experience with DevOps is a plus
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
