Your role: Be the front end driver of a new elite team (hands-on)
As a Lead Front end engineer you will be part of a new elite team, with one mission: to find innovative ways to keep customers on their platform longer and bring in even more customers! Experimenting, tinkering, working closely with different teams within all disciplines where its data-driven and A / B testing. If you’re looking to make an impact (both within your organization and with millions of consumers) you’ve come to the right place!
Here you can continuously think about the best product development strategy that can immediately have a huge impact. While they adjust the product several times a day, you will receive immediate feedback due to the close cooperation. Once the software is up and running, it rolls out to their international network.
This is a combined Lead role in which you can really expand your circle of influence as a Lead. At the same time, as part of a new team, you are the link between back-end, mobile, UX / UI, QA and Product. Together with these teams you will work hands-on on the technical Front-end vision and strategy. Even if you are an experienced developer, there are certainly people you can still learn from.
What is required?
- More than 5 years of professional experience in front-end development
- Excellent experience with B2C product development, this is key!
- Experience with VanillaJS, HTML, CSS, NodeJS
- Framework agnostic mindset, Typescript
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Insight into the fine balance between entering the market and quality.
- Experience of working in a fast-growing company/ Scale-Up is a big plus.
