Your role: Junior Java Developer Amsterdam
In your role as Junior Java Developer Amsterdam you will work in a multidisciplinary team. You work closely with the other, mainly experienced, Java Developers. You also work in the sprint with other disciplines such as front end and data science.
The scale and the impact of the systems you are working on are enormous. On the one hand you have the business sector where very large industrial devices are controlled and read and on the other hand you are linking these to the largest energy suppliers that we know. The impact that you can make in your work is therefore very large. How cool is it that with your code you make the world more sustainable?

What is being asked?
- At least a completed Bachelor or Master Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience with Java Development, may also be from school
- Experience with Java 8 or higher is an advantage
- Experience with microservices, Docker or Kubernetes is an advantage
- Experience with Git, Maven and / or JUnit is an advantage
- Experience with ActiveMQ or Kafka is an advantage
