Your job: Java Scala Lead Software Engineer Amsterdam
Now the demand for this product is rising quickly, the organisation has decided to bring the software engineering team in-house. This means that you get the build the fundamentals for the future and extend the product significally. As Lead Software Engineer Amsterdam there are still lots of technical challenges concerning scalability, high availability and real time technology. You can still leave your mark by developing new features and doing PoC’s. Everything is still possible! Besides that, it is important to anticipate to the user’s feedback and keep improving the product.
As Java Scala Lead Software Engineer you are responsible for making all technical decisions and can still make a very big impact within the organisation. There are still lots of things to be done on the architecture, best practices and software engineering culture and deciding on the stack. You will become the driving force of this new team! Yet there is still of room to decide on your task package and career path within the organisation. In a few years, you will look back at an amazing journey!
What do they expect?
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience with Java Software Engineering
