Your job: Golang Developer Amsterdam
As Golang Developer Amsterdam you will work closely with the CTO to further develop the architecture and their whole backend. As the company is expanding you will get the chance to full responsibility of the backend and help hire and mentor other engineers in the coming year. In this role, you can help to double the development team in the coming year and a half!
As more and more data is being aggregated into the systems automation and resilience will be key aspects to focus on. Also, you can help implement data and image processing. Here you can look forward to architecture, design, lots of greenfield work and being able to deploy multiple times per day as they have a fully automated CI/CD pipeline. They have a clean coding mentality and are continuously looking for ways to make things better, smoother and take away complexity.
In this role you really have the chance to see a tech company scale, learn from it, have a great impact and grow into the role of tech lead or even CTO in the future!
What is required?
- 4+ years of professional development experience
- 1+ years of professional development experience in Golang
- Experience with architecture and design
- A solid educational background like a BSc or MSc in computer science or similar
- you are passionate about building pragmatic software that works
- A good team worker
- Experience with GCP is a plus
- Experience with Postgres is a plus
