Your job: Frontend developer Angular 4 Amsterdam
As Frontend developer Angular 4 Amsterdam you will join this very close team to take their front-end to the next level. This is the perfect moment to join if you want to use frontend skills to make a big impact on the end result, completely rebuilding the current UI to the new version of Angular. This means changing the face of the company that hundreds of thousands of unique visitors see every day.
You will be working on greenfield code, rebuilding the current front-end while adding new innovative functionality. This is a very close team of individuals that are proud of working with a true Agile implementation. It is very normal for more than one developer to be working on the same code, pair programming, turning every line of code into a team effort. They value freedom highly, and that means everyone is working on code (s)he loves to create.
You, as the new Frontend developer with Angular 4 in Amsterdam will be choosing the user stories to work on yourself, writing code that is of high quality and self-explanatory. This quality standard also comes up in their Automated test approach; working with the tools you would expect in an professional environment; Protractor, Selenium and Cucumber.
What is required?

- 1+ years of professional JavaScript development
- Experience with a modern framework like Angular, React or VueJS
- Professional or Pet Project experience with Angular 2 or 4 is a plus
- Preferably a degree in Computer Science of similar
- Clear communication skills and love for working in close teams
- Experience with Gulp or Webpack is a plus
- Experience with pair programming is a plus
- Experience in working in an Agile environment is a big plus
- Experience with TDD, BDD, Unit Testing and Automated Testing is a plus
- Experience with Protractor, Selenium and Cucumber is a plus
